Works great. Ease of installation. One of the other reviewers said it wasn't enough. When I went to install mine I also noticed that the lug didn't line up exactly with the bolt hole, but that's perfectly normal and to be expected given the weight of the engine. By simply placing a jack under the engine and pumping it up a few times, you discovered how easy the installation was.
