The team of developers is very skilled in their field so I didn't have to worry about my project being completed as promised or delivered correctly! Sometimes it would take quite some time for them to respond back when we had questions regarding our projects progress but that's just how things go sometimes with remote teams working together across different countries/timezones etc..

It was great having an internal marketing person who could help us understand what features were needed from day one & helped get those implemented quickly which saved me valuable budgeted resources otherwise spent elsewhere without any return value at all!! Our website has seen significant improvements since implementation including increased user engagement (signups) - no down side yet :).
