Broken straps on luggage and travel gear
Very disappointed. Bought this for my mom for our Disney trip. The quality of the wallet is very good and great for the price but we are at Disney now and my mom uses her purse. I received it for the first time, on the very first day, and the bracelet broke. a few hours after first use. I bought the bag 3 months ago, so I don't see an option to return it. I realize this was 3 months ago but my mom is honestly not using it for the first time today.
