Very happy with these combs. I ordered them right during COVID-19 so my order was delayed by 2 weeks. For this reason I bought combs from the local pharmacy instead and will wait to send these combs back once I get them. When I received these combs I immediately scheduled a return/refund and they refunded me the next day. I wasn't expecting such a quick refund so I wanted to put them in a mailing envelope until I felt their strength. I contacted them ASAP because I really wanted to leave the combs behind and asked them to charge me again so I wouldn't steal for them. They kindly let me keep my combs and I couldn't be happier! I have 3A-3B curly hair and am really happy with the strength and quality of these combs. I've never been able to separate my hair properly with other combs, but the wide rat tail at the end gets to every strand! Thank you Ann from LEI NUOSEN for making this possible!
