The integration is seamless, it allows us an easy way of managing all clients from one place; also having them access our account via their phone would be great for mobile users! It works as well or better than any other solution I have used in my career so far (both paid & free). So no complaints here at this time - but we are always looking out into what else could make life easier / improve user experience? Integrations between different platforms such as Salesforce/Hubspot etc can sometimes prove tricky if you don't know how they work internally ebbvbsely which platform will allow that functionality first-hand without some sort hacky workaround required afterwards.
