I have had a BUNN Vp17 coffee maker for many years. I used it every day and was very satisfied until the last set of supposedly genuine BUNN filters arrived. Out of a pack of 1000 I've had occasional instances where the filter didn't let enough water through to "overtake" the water entering the top of the funnel, causing the funnel to overflow and make a HUGE mess! Coffee and hot water everywhere! Now I have to stand by with a large pot ready to be placed under the funnel when I see the coffee not coming out of the bottom of the funnel. I haven't changed the grind or the type of coffee. Stops are purely random. I can usually make fifty coffee pots and the next one overflows. I'm starting to look at the Keurig car!
