🎧 Enhanced Communication: Noise Canceling Transparent Security Headphones for Two Way Radios with PTT/VOX – Pair Review

Unfortunately they don't work, I've used it on 3 different radios and none of them worked but I tried another company and it worked like magic. It's not worth it.

I have never left a bad review in my life, but after buying 2 sets: First pair: Both earphones broke after 1.5 months. Second pair: both broke after a few weeks. Terrible quality. Refund requested but none. The photo shows cracks and cracks around the perimeter.

We received these to use with our Midland GXT1000VP4 handsets and they work great. Midland sold these radios with a pair of terrible headphones; painful and uncomfortable. However, they did their job. They also work well with the radio's "whisper" function. Generally worth the money.

I have ordered several of these for my security team. I've noticed that the urge to talk about her doesn't work for very long. Inside, the button needs some work. After weeks of use, they've shorted out to the point where you have to press the button at an odd angle for it to work. It's happened to them all.

I bought this for a VOX opportunity. Unfortunately only the urge to talk helps. I was disappointed that VOX didn't work. We use them on quads and they work, but only in push to talk mode, which isn't always the best solution as you have to take your hand away to press the talk button, which can be unsafe.

I bought these to replace the crappy headphones that came with my Midland radios which were terribly uncomfortable and wouldn't stay in place. We use them to hunt deer so being able to speak very quietly and be heard was a challenge. It was an outstanding update. They are very comfortable and fit well, not perfect, but very well. You can whisper and still hear each other. Worth the investment.

Very good product. I am used to wearing earplugs at work so these earplugs are very comfortable. Various sizes/types of ear tips are included to suit your comfort level. VOX seems to work well except for our needs when we talk a lot. With a simple switch on the microphone, you can change the setting to PPT. The cord is long enough to carry the radio in a comfortable position. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations.

Headphones work well though; The only thing I would recommend is to buy extra mushroom earbuds as the earbuds that come with these devices easily slip out of your ears. Mushroom earbuds keep them in place much better. The only other suggestion from the manufacturer is that the cables between the mic and the earcup should be longer to reach the palm and better hide the mics. The cable is only enough to place the microphone on the lapel, which is visible.

For this reason I did not give this product 5 stars. These things just fell out of my ear. Now, of course, I wear glasses, so they have to compete with the headband of my glasses and my ear. I used them at a wedding I was filming and they didn't fit my ears well. If you start sweating, you can really forget about it. Other than that, the sound quality was great and it had a nice long cord that could fit in a walkie-talkie. It's still a great product but I need something I can rely on.
