I made cupcakes with this last night and it came out perfectly every time. I was liberal with Baker's Joy between parties. I've found the best results filling forms a little over half full, although the packaging says even 3/4 might be fine. I find the recipe I used a bit too "airy" as the cupcakes rose a bit during baking so unfortunately most of the detail in the molds was lost through bubbles. I am still very impressed with this pan, the even baking and the ease with which the cupcakes come out of the pans. I really want to keep experimenting with recipes to find one that offers me all the beautiful details I see in pictures of people baking beautiful cakes! That's money well spent. As long as you use Baker's Joy or another "oil and flour" method, you'll find it makes a wonderful baking pan. If you use butter without flour, you will have no luck at all.
