Software Module does not work on all vehicles. I own the car, watched the installation video and read the instructions. The module reset/reprogrammed my 2014 Nissan key fobs so the old car transmitters for the door and trunk locks worked the same as the new ones in the box, however it also activated my anti-theft car and deactivated the car. Called the porter to report the broken machine and ask for help and he just re-read the instructions on the box which said it should work. Try again. Called back - got the same employee and now he suggested disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes and then trying again. Did this and again the car wouldn't start - called again and the technician said this happens sometimes and now I have to call a locksmith or tow the car to the dealer to have it completely reprogrammed. Had the car towed to a Nissan dealership at my expense where the mechanic suggested that temporary modules like this work best on older cars but not on most newer cars that have upgraded anti-theft systems. A mechanic was needed to reset this containment system and reprogram the key transmitters, again costing me another $200. I have returned the item to Amazon and am awaiting a refund for this purchase. I rarely write bad reviews but wanted to save someone else the hassle and added expense this product can cause. Stay away from this product and take good care of yourself.
