Great for foot pain!
Great item. Really helps with plantar fasciitis. I put it on the floor by my bed and use it in the morning when I wake up and when I get home from work when my leg hurts. You can put this whole piece in the freezer and roll it with your foot when the steel balls are frozen. This is good for the foot, but be careful, it gets very cold! I would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from foot pain.
