Great kebab for Adana Kebob
I saw a super cool recipe for Adana Kebobs that Ivan is making at home, had to try it. Unfortunately they fell off my thin skewers. I bought this kebab (because the recipe calls for a wide kebab). They work great. They seem well made and amazing. However, in my small New York kitchen and tiny cast-iron skillet, they're just comically long. I would like a half length option but the same width. Nothing against the grill itself. That's great. If you grill, this is A+. It's a pointed metal stick :) I like it.
