I got this for my kid as his first RC car. I picked it because it didn't look likely to get stuck on things, and my expectations were exceeded. It's nearly impossible to get it stuck because the tires are larger than than the car and they can twist and turn in any direction. My son is young so he drives it into stairs, over other toys, under the couch, etc. It never gets stuck or trapped.Due to the large tires it is supremely durable as well. It bounces easily down the stairs, crashes harmlessly into walls and other obstacles. Tires always hit first regardless of it's orientation.The battery tends to last 20-30 minutes, and takes a couple hours to charge. It's easy to remove the battery and switch it over to charge, you just need a small phillips screwdriver. Having a rechargable battery was a big part of choosing this RC since batteries are so expensive to replace.
