I opened the box, which had no external damage, and unpacked the case. When I pulled it out, I saw that the bottom right side of the bottom drawer was dented inward. After opening it to see how the damaged drawer would work due to the dent, I found that I couldn't close it because the bottom corner under the drawer frame was dished out, preventing the drawer from sliding into its return to closed position. I had to use a hammer to "fix" the bent metal frame so I could fully close the drawer. I would not recommend buying this product due to its arrival status. I haven't filled it yet with files from my old cabinet (which I partially disposed of before the new one), so my next "test" will be how well it holds the weight of the files after the new cabinet is installed. loaded.
