I like how easy it was for me as an intern, no need of any special training or anything! Just use what you know about your product/service (or even better - ask them).

Nothing at all in my experience so far! The only thing that can be improved is their dashboard which looks pretty outdated now but they are actively working hard towards having new design implemented soonish after this article's publication :D So keep up the good work guys!! We're solving marketing challenges by analyzing social media data from different sources & using machine learning algorithms we predict upcoming trends within our target audience before other companies do.
