I admit I was a little hesitant to buy it, but all my worries were unnecessary! The case is perfect for running. I use it with my Samsung S5. I have a Lifeproof case on my phone and the phone and case fit perfectly in the holster. You'll have to press a little harder to operate the touchscreen through the plastic, but once you get that right everything will work fine. In any case, I rarely pick up my phone while running, so it's not a problem - I usually just turn on the music before I put my phone in. I like that the top of the case covers the phone to keep it in place. and I don't have to worry about it falling out. Finally, I was also concerned that the bracelet might be too big or move around on my arms - it fits great and doesn't move at all. I don't use a key holder so can't comment on that, but for me it's perfect!
