Used 3 times to slow cook large stews and roasts. Cooks great and the size is actually a bit larger than I expected but the stainless steel inside doesn't keep it's shine so I wouldn't gift it. Although everything remains bright and shiny outside. But the price was reasonable. I got mine from Revain at a discount. Came with a little warp around the pot where the lid closes, but it's not too bad the lid doesn't sit on the pot. The lid just doesn't sit all the way on the pan and wobbles a bit from side to side. A small flaw is ok because the pot is not a pressure cooker. Any pot in the oven will always leak some moisture. I like that the sides don't taper inward from top to bottom, allowing for more internal space than other grills. So if you don't care how it looks after a few uses, I recommend it.
