I have used the roaster 4 times at low and slow oven temperatures. I like the size, the shape and the detachable grid at the bottom that is washable. However, on the last (4th) wash of the brazier, I noticed that one of the handles had come loose from the metal on one side. I don't know how they get the handles on the pan but I am NOT happy with the quality of the pan. After only 4 uses in the oven the temperature never exceeded 275 degrees which was very disappointing.

Used 3 times to slow cook large stews and roasts. Cooks great and the size is actually a bit larger than I expected but the stainless steel inside doesn't keep it's shine so I wouldn't gift it. Although everything remains bright and shiny outside. But the price was reasonable. I got mine from Revain at a discount. Came with a little warp around the pot where the lid closes, but it's not too bad the lid doesn't sit on the pot. The lid just doesn't sit all the way on the pan and wobbles a bit…

This is a great fryer with a polished finish, sturdy handles, high dome and two small open/close ports on the top.
