Review on Phase V Fulfillment by Todd Adams

I like that they are always willing (and able) for input from their clients! They will listen carefully when asked questions about what we want our shipping process or logistics look/feel /etc. It's refreshingly difficult sometimes just getting someone at this level in retail who is truly interested - but not all companies seem so eager these days? Definitely would love more flexibility around deadlines & scope changes during project execution phase as well!! So far everything has gone smoothly overall though no complaints here yet regarding service delivery itself :) Very happy customer thusfar. Great team working towards achieving client’s needs quickly without causing any disruption within operation flow :).
