Review on Glow Kissing Fruit Gloss Pieces by Christopher Lewis

My 11 year old daughter chose these. They come in and they're plastic, but the plastic is open at both ends. As soon as she lifted the plastic the whole lip gloss rolled onto the floor and 3 ended up under my couch. I had to ask for help to move the couch to get the lip glosses. With plastic 1, the lip gloss broke and the contents spilled. The other 5 she tried to open but couldn't. She hands it to me to open and I was able to unscrew one lid and had to open the next two with PLIERS. I haven't been able to open the last 2 yet. Tried everything to open the last 2 and I'm so frustrated and disappointed with such a bad product. It's completely ridiculous to be so tight that I have to use pliers. I'll send it back immediately.
