I take a backpack once a month and have already used this backpack on 5 different short trips. I have about 80 miles on this backpack and I love a lot about it. Typical package weights ranged from 27lbs with food/3 liters of water to 38lbs when I was taking my dogs with me. I have no problem with how the backpack can withstand such a weight. Love the waist belt and side mesh pockets, I've had no issues with the zips and the 60L is a great place for my needs. I really appreciate the 4 side compression straps on either side of the pack instead of the usual 2 on other packs. I travel with a hydration bladder, especially with my dogs, and didn't realize that the backpack didn't have a dedicated hydration bladder cover. There is a catch to keep it still, but I can also put it on its side and so on. It's light and comfortable for me, although I haven't dialed up the air cushion yet. The lid is fine, the pockets in the lid work as expected. although I would have preferred not to place the zipper diagonally across the top. The front pocket on the back is the same. I like the black color, I like that it's quite water resistant and shrinks well. I didn't have any slippage as mentioned in another person's review. This bag is as good as my GG Crown, Osprey Atmos and Exos, Kelty Redwing and Cotopaxi backpacks. However, no backpack is perfect. Things I would change that wouldn't necessarily break the pack: 1. Thing squeaks like crazy, worse than my Osprey, Cotopaxi and Kelty packs combined. Not sure why. I customize it.2. Mesh pocket on the front or something like a small pocket. I would only go this route to dry items or stuff a jacket or tarp in. I don't think I miss it, I only find these bags useful IF they are made of good material.3. The inflatable panel is a bit folded in my backpack like it's a bit big for a bag. I don't know if this causes any problems and I haven't seen any, it just seems like there is some shaving material in there. maybe i need to move it? 4. I want to add 4 loops to the lid to tie something down when not in use without weight penalty. (as on my Granite Gear Crown)5. My back can't breathe at all with this backpack. I wish there were some other ribs or foam attached to the back to make this easier. However, only my old Osprey with trampoline suspension gives me enough air with a slight floating feeling when carried. I wouldn't deduct any points for that. Overall I am very happy with this package, the price and the way it works. I plan to continue using it as my main package.
