So maybe it would be good for colder climates but certainly not for me and I only live in New York! Putting it in the recommended hot water and melting it, I then shaped it on the cup holder in my car. Fast forward 3 days and it has completely melted, dripped and all over my passenger seat! Worst of all, it wasn't even one of the "hot days" of the mid-'80s. I understand that cars can get hot in the summer, but the temperature doesn't come close to the 150 degrees it takes to melt this stuff. And I'm not saying it's soft to the touch, I'm saying it doesn't hold its shape
