I have been working in this program since 2014 and i can say that its userfriendly interface is great! Its platform is very easy for any user or even non-technical person. The support from their side is also amazing as well as training material provided to new users. It has helped me manage both my personal & professional accounts. Nothing much at all. Just keep up with them because you need to learn about the product if your looking ahead in time. Try them out once and you won't regret. I was managing Personal account like social media pages.
