Thank you Anker for your amazing line of products - however I would like to point out one downside of the USB-C hub - it is not compatible with the new M1 MacBook Pro - the everything else on the hub is working fine. I contacted Anker directly and they sent me a replacement straight away (they have great customer service) - unfortunately Lightning Audio didn't work on that either - but hey the M1 is new to the world so I'm not too upset either. Bad - please make a hub that supports Lightning Audio for the M1 MBP - you'll make some happy campers (me too) As for the heat - the hub tends to get hot from time to time during use - not higher than my old Intel based MBP did - The M1 MBP barely heats up making the heat from the hub a bit more noticeable - it doesn't bother the conditions in any way for me. I also really like how it connects to my MBP and no wires or stupid buttons anywhere - high five for that alone.
