The customer service team was fantastic as we were able solve any problem or issue with our account in less than 24 hours! It's very easy for my staff members who are not tech savvy at all (and I am) because they can log into their accounts from anywhere without having internet connection required - great feature!! There really isn't anything bad about this product other then it may be too complicated if you aren;t familiar w/ your billing software but overall its worth trying out since there so many benefits such us being paperless which saves tons o time when doing reconciliation reports etc..
