Nice at First, But Cumbersome.

I don't believe that these gloves would protect you at 1400 degrees like they claim. I can feel the heat pretty clearly when handling my 500 degree dutch ovens and even my 400 degree sheet pans. Also, they are kind of a pain to get on and off when your hands start to get sweaty from the oven heat. They are good for handling artisan loaves out of the oven.

They might not be suitable for use with all cooking equipment
