Difficult to align with the ceiling

Difficult to align with the ceiling after installation. If your J-Box isn't level with the ceiling, you'll have a hard time getting it as high as possible. When this light is not aligned with the ceiling it looks like something is not installed properly and looks ugly and ridiculous. It took me over an hour to align myself visually.
