Tough on these cables. I've never had one of these stop working randomly, but I accidentally trip over my cable and it bends a bit, so I prefer to keep extra devices. Use it while it's plugged in so I don't trip over the cord. They work just like the one that came with my Macbook Air. It's about 3 feet, so they're good if you don't want a lot of extra cord. You need your own charging box and they are USB C on both ends. Works great, highly recommend. Thank you for reading my review. Becky Brooks
