The support team is excellent and responds quickly to any questions or issues I had. They also provide great training materials and tutorials. There are some features of the platform I dislike. For example, they don't have a way to upload your own logo other than via their "marketplace" where you have to pay to do so. If you're looking for an easy to use, well integrated platform that will save you time and money this is for you! We've been able to streamline our reservation process and save tons of time by using the platform.
