Blackbox has much better products and information

This product did not suit me. I connected the USB to DB9 converter from the server to the Star Tech extensions. I used an RS232 handshake tester to see why it didn't work. It seems that the CTS-RTS signaling is not an acknowledgment. There is no information on the Star Tech website that could help. I would not buy this product again. Blackbox has a much better product and information.
