Very well balanced and feels good in the hand.
We bought our first knife almost 5 years ago, now we have bought another Santoku cheese knife as it has really become one of the most popular working knives in our kitchen. Excellent value for money and quality. Holds the edge well. Even Cabot Extra Sharp White Cheddar, which sticks to anything (almost as sure as JB Weld!), this knife hones easily! This one is definitely recommended!
