First, let me explain that in my position, I get, use, and test a lot of technology all the time. I also manage IT for several companies with many users who travel frequently. Until recently, we ordered and recommended other portable monitors, but they lasted an average of 12 months before needing replacement. NOW THIS IS MY FAVORITE PORTABLE MONITOR AND I HOPE THEY KEEP IT IN PRODUCTION AND CONTINUE SUPPLYING USPROS:* Metal Case/Frame. This provides strong support and protection for internal electronics.* The case doubles as a stand and is more durable than competing fabric cases.* Can be powered by a computer or a separate power source.* Can be used for both devices. HDMI and USB-C video outputs.* All cables included!* Fantastic resolution, especially brightness and color depth. It is clearly visible in a well-lit room. * Requires NO drivers, which allows you to use it as the only boot monitor and not just an additional OS monitor. CONS: There is only one downside, and it's very minor: the protective case is magnetic and cannot be attached to the back of the monitor other than magnetically. But a quick strip of Velcro or double-sided tape will fix this knowing you'll never need to take it off for any other purpose. Additional Notes: * It is packaged very well and unless someone drives a vehicle over the crate it will not be damaged in transit * I've noted this before but worth repeating - all cables are included , including power adapter and cable, USB-C to USB-C, USB-C to USB-A and HDMI to mini-HDMI.* Competitive price. You would expect it to be sold for more, instead it costs the same as others but with much better quality. Overall I'm so glad I found this and took a chance and have since bought a few more.
