I received these die cast kits, not sure what they are made of, certainly not aluminum. The only polished parts are the foot guards, the stock screws do not fit the threaded holes especially on the foot guards, they are needed to drill a hole for the brake lever spring, overall I'd rather pay $25 more and buy a better quality kit . It feels like they will break if I stand on them and pull the rear wheel. We will see.
