. I did not have to return the defective one. Excellent customer service. Update 6/2/19 The seller contacted me fairly quickly after I posted this. They offered to send a free replacement without having to return the keyboard I have. Very happy with the customer service so far. Rating changed from 2 stars to 3. Will be updated when I get a new keyboard. I like this idea, but it doesn't cost anything. I tried several chargers. I turned it on and off. It's a shame. I do not recommend
