The best part is the customer support. They are always there to help you and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There are a few things that I dislike. For example, the booking process is a bit slow. You have to wait to get a response to your booking request. They also don't have a mobile app. I would like to have a mobile app so that I can access my account from anywhere. They also don't have a booking widget. I would like to have a booking widget so that I can display my availability on my website. I also wish that the booking process was a bit faster. They have a great customer support team that is always there to help you. I highly recommend them. I used them to book accommodation for my wedding.
