First of all, I love this thing. Yes, it's a thermal printer and only prints, but it also prints labels and something else. It's fast and I didn't notice it getting warm at all. I didn't touch it while printing. One more thing I wanted to add, I've had a lot of people say they had trouble printing with 15 labels included, or that they were "non-thermal labels" instead of "thermal labels", that wasn't the case for me they were thermal and worked great you won't be dissatisfied with them after using inkjet/laser printers for so long trying to put labels or whatever in them get the right ink/settings too This thing just works, right out of the box Win10 detected the printer, installed the driver and you're done in 5 minutes or less with the first label printed Labels on the top (it opens and the left side flips out) and put the labels on the machine and push it into the feeder, it will skip and skip the first label. I found out that S You can open it and slide it to the right under the feed wheel and it just slides and pulls back, placing the e in front of the first bumper sticker where it should be (after you tear off one to use the next). No big deal really. Just noticed everything. I had no problems with this item. Great car. She's small, 7x4x5 (just looking at her). The TNAS in the image below the printer is 7 x 9 x 5 for reference.
