The best thing I like about this program is that it allows me to send my clients emails regarding their payment status without having them log into an account or have access to their email client! It also helps me track payments from multiple payers at once instead of doing each one individually in Excel (which takes forever).

Sometimes there are issues where items will show as unpaid but they're actually already been sent out/paid through another system. This happens more often than not for smaller businesses who don't use Paypal very much. We've started using PayPal less frequently now because we see how helpful our new tool has become.
