Nice but the material is rough

The belt is nice - a slight sheen over the entire surface. The website warns that it may be an inch or two short when it comes to waist size. it was true It is at least an inch smaller than my XS 28 belt. The material is stiff and difficult to bend to fit through the belt loop. However, for a cocktail dress that needs a belt, I'm fine with that. As someone else wrote, it's not too wide for a small person. 5ft 2in is not too wide for me.
