I use it to chop just about anything I need to cook with. The flexibility means I can just point anything right into the bowl or pan without having to haphazardly scrape the flat board. They are easy to clean and since they are very thin, they hardly take up any storage space. The only thing I would change is the colors: they come in red, yellow and green, but the green looks almost the same as yellow, which is disappointing.
