Great for relieving tension after a workout. It does this at least as well or better than the whey proteins I've tried. Great flavor and thickening in cocktails. Simple, it has the clean taste of astronaut ice cream with a distinct hint of cheese. A little bit bitter. While non-solvent whey tends to be less bitter (bitter lecithin), it is less bitter than other undissolved wheys I've tried. This tells me it's probably well made, won't burn on drying, and is in fact cheese whey. Few of the wheys list this, but it would be nice if it said USDA Grade A Milk and USDA Extra Grade Whey. I would like the laboratory report to contain a limit of quantification (detection). Most lab reports do this and would be easy to add. You must add a non-GMO certificate. I know organic means non-GMO, but when organic products are audited they often show hidden GMOs, so the certificate has value. If a company is reading this, I want you to say "100% organic" and "100% plant-based food." I like your language, but many companies allow grass-fed "body conditioning" cereals and the like, so hyper-clear language is better. It is a division or property of the same people who make Performance Inspired Nutrition products. Every whey product I've researched is from a major manufacturer. The only product that I think came close to this one (NorCal) is also from a big company ((Performance Sports Nutrition). Definitely this product works for me and it's the best product especially for the price being organic -Grass -Whey fed.
