I tried them on a whim and I'm so glad I did! I used to dance and it was an old joke that my legs don't feel anything. I didn't know how true that was until I started using them as slippers. I wore them at home during the day, walked my dog in the flip flops and was amazed to find that I could feel the texture of the shoe. I didn't even know it had texture before! I find the sandals very comfortable and I love the slight tingling sensation they give. I don't know if they help with severe pain or problems in my legs but they have worked wonders for my legs. They also seem to be fairly true to size with the shoe 8-10 being perfect for my height 9.5ft. I had them not long ago to see if the falling apart reviews are true, but they seem to be quite sturdy so I think these could be cases of faulty shoes or too much abuse. As for the rather cheap massage sandals, I would say they are definitely worth a try!
