Review on WebDataRocks by Gary Reed

I've used this service for about 10 months now so far it's been amazing! Reporting in real-time has made our life easier when we have queries or need help finding reports from within Salesforce that would take much longer without them (and with their support team!) Thanks guys :) There are no downsides as of yet but just like anything there will always be challenges if you're not careful enough - make sure they can solve your problems before choosing one over others because otherwise u cant change later! Data Visualization :). I like that it's easy enough for new users of our website (and even non-technical people) can use this without needing much training or technical support from us/the developer! The UI could be made more intuitive. We have been using WDR since we started working with them - about 2 years ago now. They've helped us tremendously in implementing their custom dashboards into one which allows me to easily see all my KPIs at once as well as drill down through each individual metric if needed.
