Review on 🔧 Knipex 09 02 240 SBA 9.5-Inch Lineman's Pliers with Ultra-High Leverage by Andy Kucrud

Knipex has long been known to me for its quality and after someone stole my Klien Linesman pliers I decided to pull the trigger. I expected extremely high quality Knipex from them and I still believe they will, but first impressions are not the best. I opened the packaging to find that the rivets in the pliers and on the box already had rust meaning it had been there for a while which is a bit concerning along with some scratches and wear as if the tool would have been used and then returned and the loop is not as loose as a new pair of wedges, I'm sure it will loosen with use. However, the cutting edge and teeth appear to be intact. But for $40 I expect a brand new instrument.
