THE WORLD'S BEST POWER TOOL! I've been in this business for 22 years now and these are by far the best pliers. The rivet closer to the blades makes cutting MC or BX cables 66% easier. I wish they were cheaper but they are worth it.

So the eternal fight goes on. Buying another brand is a waste of $$$. These tongs are built like a tank. If they don't last the rest of my life, then I've abused them beyond what they were designed for. The best of the best.

These side cutters are as good as Klein. Although I've had cheap Kleins that were far worse than these, I would compare the Knipex to the journeyman series. I've had these bad boys for half a year now and they haven't changed at all! Solidly made, very well cut and works like a hammer! Colleagues didn't like them because they're lighter than Klein's. I don't understand why this is an issue but I just decided to raise this alert.

I was very hesitant to buy them because they are expensive. Now that I have them, my only regret is that I didn't buy them long before. The first day I used them I had to cut a duplicate underground coaxial cable. In the past, I had to swage the cable, bend it back and forth, and even cut it at a different angle before my old wire cutters finally did the trick. These things cut through with very little effort.

I have used Klein pliers my whole professional life and needed a new pair and decided to try them on the recommendation of a friend. So far they are far superior to pliers! I didn't have to break them to open them like I had to with every pair of Kleins I've ever had! They cut perfectly, they are comfortable to hold! We'll see how well they hold up over time, but these are by far the best tongs I've ever had!

Knipex has long been known to me for its quality and after someone stole my Klien Linesman pliers I decided to pull the trigger. I expected extremely high quality Knipex from them and I still believe they will, but first impressions are not the best. I opened the packaging to find that the rivets in the pliers and on the box already had rust meaning it had been there for a while which is a bit concerning along with some scratches and wear as if the tool would have been used and then returned…

It's hard to comment on something that has so many positive reviews, but let me try. These are probably the best pliers on the market. But what about small? Klein pliers are absolutely first class industrial products, but I still think the heat treatment and the Knipex finish are the best. In addition, the Gucci factor "Made in Germany" should not be underestimated. The grips are extremely comfortable and should hopefully withstand the chemicals commonly found in workshops and on construction…
