I have been using this product for about a week. So far I'm very impressed with it. Both the oil and the balm are very high quality and moisturize my skin and beard. The comb is great and once seasoned it doesn't pull much product out of my beard. The scissors are sharp enough and serve their purpose. The bristle brush is a little rough at first, but does a great job of smoothing and styling the hair on my cheeks. My only complaint is that the brush lost a lot of bristles initially, but after some constant use it seems to have really slowed down.
