Review on StrengthTape Kinesiology 2 Inch 16 4 Foot 2 Pack by Brad Cash

I bought this ribbon because it was very cheap and decided to give it a try. It's pretty sticky and stays on after you shower. The edges seem to peel off more easily than other tapes, but most tape stays in place fairly well. This is a stretch tape compared to other kinesiology tapes so you end up using a little less than usual. But because it has more stretch, it doesn't support as well as other bands - at least that's how it feels in my knee. Might be worth a try if you're interested.
