Mono sound instead of stereo sound

I was very excited when I ordered these headphones. After 2 long days they arrived. I opened the package and everything looked impressive. What happened next ruined my day. I installed them with no problems. But when you turned on the music, only one side worked. Now I am sending them back and have no way of printing the invoice. So yes, very disappointed.
