Not reliable for aquarium use
After I put it to the test in my 120-gallon saltwater tank, I found the wavemaker to be inconsistent in its flow patterns. It also randomly shut off several times, which could have been disastrous for my corals and fish .The only POSITIVE aspect was its sleek design. However I wouldn't recommend this wavemaker for anyone serious about maintaining their aquarium ecosystem..
- Efficiently controls water flow in aquariums with high flow rate of 4227 gallons per hour.
- The high flow rate may cause disturbance for aquatic plants and fish, leading to stress and damage.
