Poor quality. Very, very thin and made of thin sheet metal. DO NOT use it outdoors. It is best used indoors on a flat level surface free from wind, breeze and foot traffic as it will wobble. (I use this to hang a very light action camera over a table to take photos lying on a tabletop as I need a straight angle for the camera. I put my feet against the wall for support.) It will does not support a heavier camera. It doesn't hold much more weight than an iPhone. I wouldn't risk using this for background support. You get what you pay for. It works for me, that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.
