I don't have a bamboo steamer, but I love steaming dumplings and other fine Chinese dishes. I have a Nordic Ware Kettle Smoker and they fit perfectly! I can pour water into the bottom of a smoker and use it as a steamer! Best of all, I can smoke dumplings, a pot sticker, and a ton of won. The paper prevents delicate foods from sticking to the incense bowl. This paper is also great for steaming in regular cooking baskets on the stovetop, as well as on racks over pans and pots.
