Super easy! Looks great! Take your time, be sure to remove the clear plastic from the rim. Since it overlaps on the side, if you attach it tightly to another item, you will pinch the plastic or tear it when removing. Once you stick it there is no turning back. I love this tile BUUUUUUUUUT - one of the 12x12 squares had a factory defect. There is a "row" of small tiles that does not match the pattern. Of course, I didn't notice that before I installed it. :-( It's a shame, because otherwise it's beautiful. If you look closely at the photo, you'll probably find it. Once you've seen it, you'll never see it again. If it weren't for this flaw, I'd give the tile a 5 / evaluate 5
